I will do my best to capture what you are wanting. And I will work, and rework if need be, to get the perfect end result for you. The flip side of that is we need to communicate effectively to make sure you get that end result.
Source files
For most print projects, low resolution/rgb files are provided to you at no additional cost upon request. These are files that you are able to use on your website, Facebook, etc.
High resolution design files/cmyk printable files are available for you to purchase. These are not included in the custom design fee.
PSD or layered files are not released except for custom logo work.
Pricing
Some services are based on a hourly rate. Some services are a flat rate. Design fees include up to four revision. After the fourth revision, the standardly hourly rate will incur.
Deadlines
Deadlines are important. But if you are slow to get me the material needed, I can't move forward. If a project has been unattended for sixty days and you have not communicated with me that you are still interested in continuing the project, it will be assumed abandoned and will be ended. Any money invested in the project will not be refunded.
Copyright
All work within a projet belongs to me until final payment is received. If you abandon a project, I retain copyright of the work. Once your project is paid in full, for ALL graphics and images you must give me credit even though you own the graphic or image. Just because you bought a Van Gogh painting doesn't mean you can say you or someone else created it. Did I just compare myself to Van Gogh? Uh, no.
SEO
For website design, I will provide BASIC SEO, unless otherwise outlined in our contract Please know that SEO is something that needs to be maintained. Regularly. The internet offers all kinds of information for you to educate yourself on SEO practices. It is not a one time, quick fix sort of animal.I am happy to offer suggestions and solutions for the SEO on your site.
Installment Plans
Pink Lemonade Company offers installment plans on some services such as website and logo design. Payments are expected to be made in a timely manner. Payments not made on time, lack of payments, or partial payments will not be accepted. Projects including, but not limited to, logos, website graphics, and website hosting will be terminated and removed after 60 (sixty) days of non-payment or partial payments. For website hosting, late payments or non payment will result in suspension or removal of website. Once website is suspended or removed, client must pay a fee of $80 to have website reinstated. No refunds will be given.
